I SAW THE TV GLOW is such a unique and powerful movie. Unique in its visuals and storytelling, powerful in its metaphor (which never hits you round the head).

Two 1990s outsiders are obsessed with a show called The Pink Opaque where two teenage girls fight demons, but is there something more going on?

I can’t say anymore because I don’t want to spoil it for you. If you’re a fan of 90s TV you’ll find much to love here and much to dwell on. One of the most original modern movies I’ve seen in some time, GLOW has been sold as a horror but it’s really not. It’s more like a short story you might read in Clarkesworld or Strange Horizons but given neon flesh.
