Could- and should- a legal action be taken against The History Channel?

If you’re using the word ‘History’ whilst going on about alien conspiracies or Atlantis or some claptrap then surely that’s a clear case of false advertising or misrepresentation of goods and services.

And I say ‘should’ because those guys have spent the last 30 years warping the public perception of our past (particularly the non-white past) and fuelling doubt about ‘conventional’ archaeology (ie: actual archaeology). It’s almost certainly laid the ground work for vaccine and covid deniers and QAon nuts.

Think about it: three decades of 24hr multiple channel horseshit. So yeah, I honestly think the History Channel should have it’s day in court. And stick Graham Hancock in the dock while we’re at it too…
