Had a blast in London for the launch of the new anthology from Newcon Press, The Iron Code, a celebration of the life and imagination of fantasy legend David Gemmell.

Caught up with old friends and made new. The panel was fun and informative, so chock-full of authors that I had to sit in a lotus position upon the stage, a first for me.

I never met Gemmell, though many on the stage had and had very fond memories of him. For me, I’m like some dark ages duffs wandering down an old Roman road. That road is David Gemmell.
